Your goal

What are you trying to do?

Choose the option that best describes the immediate need.

How the finder works

Product fit and monetization are separate. A higher commission never creates a higher recommendation, and your result is shown before any email signup.

1. Identify the employment model

EOR, owned-entity payroll, contractor management and hybrid setups are evaluated differently.

2. Score actual fit

Entity structure, geography, scale, timeline and priorities drive the result.

3. Show the trade-off

You get a best fit, an alternative and the reason one may suit your setup better.

Common questions

What is an Employer of Record?

An EOR is a third party that legally employs workers on your behalf in a country where your company may not have its own employing entity. Your company still directs the employee's day-to-day work.

Do I need EOR if I already have a local entity?

Often, no. If your entity can employ workers locally and you mainly need payroll operations, global payroll may be the more appropriate category.

Does SpartaSNet receive affiliate compensation?

Sometimes. We may receive compensation if you choose a provider through our links. Compensation contributes zero points to provider fit.

Is this legal, tax or payroll advice?

No. This tool is for provider selection. Employment, tax, payroll and legal requirements should be confirmed with the provider and your professional advisers.
